Hi! I’m Hilery, a mid-level Nuke compositor. I'm currently available for work.

I have extensive experience in commercials and was a staff digital artist and lead at Digital Domain. I’ve worked on over 100 commercials in Nuke as a paint artist, cleanup/prep artist, roto, lead, and compositor.

As a Nuke compositor I’ve freelanced for many boutique vfx studios in the greater LA area including a52, The Mission Studio, Timber, Method Studios, Framestore, and more.

My experience includes commercials, film, animated projects, stereo, virtual reality, documentaries, music videos and more. I started as a roto/paint artist, which helped develop my eye for detail and visual problem solving.

I have strong production experience and enjoy collaborating with teams while also working independently to solve creative and technical challenges.

After time away from the industry, I’m currently refreshing my Nuke skills and exploring machine learning and AI tools within the compositing workflow.
